Did you "screw" the injector in before screwing the cap down? By that I mean twist the injector with a pair of pliers or something until it is seated most of the way. Then screw down the cap evenly, and of course use some kind of lube on the o-rings. When I replaced some injectors on my Altima, I just screwed the cap down to seat the injector, and in a few months the car would not start because the seals were leaking bad and flooding the car, although I did not use new seals. I reinstalled the injectors with new seals and twisted the injector in before screwing down the cap, and it seems to be doing fine.
